Kevin Gresham has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Police Officer at Eastern Oklahoma State College where they were responsible for managing and resolving complex issues with customers and training new recruits. Kevin then worked at the Wetumka Police Department as a Police Officer, utilizing investigation knowledge and communication skills to maximize positive interactions and formulate reports.
Kevin went on to join the Vici Police Department as a Senior Ops. Supervisor and Patrol Officer, where they managed criminal investigations and maintained relationships with officials from various law enforcement agencies. Kevin later became the Chief of Police at a Police Department in 2019, where they managed the Field Training Program and supervised employees, conducted debriefings and investigations, and assisted in coordinating community events.
In 2020, Kevin founded their own company called Gresham's Tactical and Law Enforcement Training, where they provided professional firearms training, self-defense and tactical concepts, and consulting services regarding policies and procedures for law enforcement officers and citizens.
Currently, Kevin is working at proSapient as a Consultant, collaborating and consulting with researchers to collect data for decision-making, educating clients, and establishing positive relationships with team members. Kevin is also working as an Independent Case Manager at LIFE Senior Services, utilizing motivational interview techniques to assess the strengths of each customer and coordinating individualized service plans to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, and investigative skills, as well as a commitment to community engagement and customer service.
Kevin Gresham's education history includes earning a Master's degree in Psychology-PsyD with a specialization in Criminology and Justice Studies from The University of Arizona Global Campus, which they attended from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Law Enforcement and Corrections Administration from Ashford University from 2018 to 2019. Kevin also holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Central Christian College of Kansas, which they completed from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Kevin has an Associates of Science in Criminal Justice from Eastern Oklahoma State College, which they earned from 2013 to 2015. Finally, they received a Master certification as an ASE Master Technician from ASE Blue Seal of Excellence from 2003 to 2006.
