Bia has also worked as a MicroMentor for the Verizon Small Business Digital Ready Program, offering resources and coaching to women and minority-owned businesses. Furthermore, they have served as a Consultant for proSapient and DeepBench, providing insights and assisting global clients in different industries. In addition, Bia has worked as a Consultant at HighQuest Partners, performing due diligence and risk assessment in M&A deals within the agriculture and biofuels markets. Bia Henriques's education history begins in 2000 when they enrolled at Washington University in St. Louis to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering. Bia completed their undergraduate studies in 2004.

Afterwards, Bia Henriques continued their education at Washington University in St. Louis. Bia obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemical Engineering, which they completed in 2007.

In 2005, while working towards their Master's degree, Bia Henriques also began pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Energy, Environmental and Chemical Engineering. Bia successfully completed their PhD program in 2009.

Following their studies at Washington University, Bia Henriques attended Singularity University in 2013, where they earned an Executive Program Certificate in Exponential Technologies.

More recently, in 2021, Bia Henriques enrolled at Harvard Business School to acquire multiple professional certificates. Bia completed certificates in Alternative Investments, Financial Accounting, Leading with Finance, Strategy, Accounting and Business/Management, and Organizational Leadership, all within the same year.

Bia Henriques's education journey has been complemented by additional certifications. In August 2022, they obtained the "Verizon Small Business Digital Ready" certification from Verizon.
