Tom Gorin holds extensive experience in data science, AI strategy, and revenue management across various leadership roles. Currently serving as VP of AI Strategy & Adoption and VP of Platform & Science at PROS since January 2021, Tom previously held the position of Sr. Director of Enterprise Modernization at CVS Health and was an Associate Director and Principal at BCG GAMMA, specializing in the integration of data science and technology in business solutions. Earlier roles at PROS included Sr. Director of Strategic Innovation and Sr. Director of Science and Research, where Tom led teams to enhance pricing algorithms and product strategies, significantly improving revenue metrics. Prior to PROS, Tom managed revenue integrity and operations research at Continental Airlines, recovering significant costs while optimizing revenue management systems. Tom’s academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, bolstered by teaching experience as an adjunct professor and research exposure in airline operations and econometrics.
