Clay Sollers is an accomplished compensation expert with extensive experience in global compensation management. Currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards at PROS since July 2020, Clay oversees the global compensation function, driving processes related to equity administration and compensation planning. Previous roles include Senior Global Compensation Analyst at CITGO Petroleum and Global Compensation Manager at National Oilwell Varco, where Clay managed large teams and implemented innovative compensation systems. Additional experience spans various HR and compensation roles in companies such as BGT Interior Solutions, Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, and Transocean. Clay holds a BBA in Human Resources Management and International Business from Baylor University.
