Pernilla Novais is a Customer Success Manager at Prorenata AB since October 2024, with extensive experience in customer relations and sales. Previously, Pernilla served in the same role at Learnster from September 2019 to September 2024, after working as a Senior Sales Representative at Experis Sweden from November 2017 to August 2019. Prior to that, Pernilla held various positions at Pearson Clinical Assessment UK, including Cogmed Produktspecialist and Kundservicechef. Pernilla's early career included roles as a stuntwoman at Stunts Unlimited and as Utbildningsansvarig for Cogmed Working Memory Training. Educational qualifications include a degree in Idrotts- och hälsovetenskap, Judotränare from Dalarna University, along with various other educational pursuits in business and coaching.
