Jeremiah also led a team of 4 staff, overseeing all daily, weekly and monthly accounting operations. In addition, they developed the annual budget, leading a team of directors and VPs. Jeremiah guided the organization to an annual surplus by using a full-year forecast to anticipate risks and opportunities in revenue and expense lines. Jeremiah Hess also managed the annual audit, eliminating control deficiencies and consistently shortening timelines.
Jeremiah Hess completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Detroit Mercy.
