Albane Couvey has been working in the human resources field since 2016. Albane began their career as an Assistante Ressources Humaines at POLYEXPERT in 2016, followed by a Stage Ressources Humaines at Matmut. In 2018, they moved to Amplifon as a Chargée de Recrutement et Marque Employeur. Currently, they work as a Human Resources Specialist at Proprioo.

Albane Couvey has a three-part education history. From 2014 to 2017, they attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and earned a Licence Sciences de Gestion. From 2017 to 2019, they attended CIFFOP and earned a Master Gestion des Ressources Humaines et Relations du Travail. In 2018, they also attended Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) and earned a DU Droit et Technologies du Numérique.
