Ericka Smith has been employed in various roles since 2002. Ericka began their career at Teletech Holdings as a Customer Service Representative. In 2007, they joined Scotiabank as a Sales Support Officer- Cash Management, then a Mailroom Clerk, Customer Service Representative in the Mortgage and Loan Department, and finally a Customer Service Officer. In 2021, they joined Proposify as a Customer Success Representative/ Account Optimization Specialist.
