Connor Stanford has worked in various roles since 2015. Connor has worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Canadian Tire Corporation, a Snowboard Sales Specialist at Corbetts Ski and Snowboard, a Customer Service/Product Specialist at RONA, a Business Analyst Intern at CWB Group, a Product Marketing Associate at Proposify, and a Marketing Associate at Data Sentinel Inc.

Connor Stanford attended Blyth Academy from 2016 to 2018, where they achieved Honours Standing in Grade 12. Connor then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commerce at Dalhousie University, which they are currently enrolled in and is expected to complete in 2023.
