Joakim Green has been working in the tech industry since 2007. In that year, they began working as a freelancer for JGD + CO, crafting modern web experiences in collaboration with Stockholm-based PR agencies. In 2012, they joined Merchii as a Product Designer, and the company was later acquired by Flipsicle, Inc. In 2013, they became Lead Designer at laget.se, a sports team management and communication app, and was awarded "Top 100 best website in Sweden" by IDG. In 2016, they founded and became CEO of Proposales, a modern way to send proposals, which was ranked as global #1 on Hotel Tech Report. In 2017, they became a Senior Product Designer at Heja, where they were part of the initial product team that quickly reached the first milestone of 100K users in less than a year.

Joakim Green obtained a Bachelor of Science with a major in Business Administration from Jönköping International Business School between 2009 and 2012. In 2012, they also obtained a Corporate Governance certification from The Swedish Academy of Board Directors.
