Katie Ford has extensive experience in staffing and retail management, currently serving as an Account Manager and Group Manager at ProPivotal Staffing since December 2018. Prior to this, Katie was with Nordstrom for over four years, obtaining roles ranging from Department Manager to Service Experience Specialist. Earlier experience includes a reception role at Andrea's Skin Care, where training new hires was a key responsibility, and participation in the Disney College Program at Walt Disney World, focusing on guest assistance and merchandise operations. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Westfield State University, complemented by skills acquired through the Disney College Program.
