Daniel Langdon currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience Operations at Prophix, having previously held the role of Manager, Professional Services Operations. Prior to joining Prophix in April 2022, Daniel worked at Vena Solutions from July 2015 to November 2021, progressing through various managerial positions where significant contributions were made in operations, talent acquisition, and client service delivery. Earlier career experiences include roles at Trillium Health Partners, Hydro One, St. Mary's General Hospital, the City of Hamilton, Engineers Without Borders Canada, and the Legislative Assembly of Alberta. Daniel holds an MBA with a specialization in Management Accounting and has degrees in Life Sciences and Anthropology from McMaster University and the University of Alberta, respectively.
