Chinwe Adiole has worked in various customer service roles since 2017. Chinwe began their career as a Junior Information Assistant at Ojo Local Government Secretariat in 2017, followed by an Offline Sales Agent role at Iroko TV. In 2018, they were a Front Desk Executive at IBECO TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED, then a Customer Service Representative at VSP BOTANICS in 2019. In 2020, they became a Contact Center Advisor at The GIG Group, and currently serves as a Customer Support Manager at PropertyPro.ng.
Chinwe Adiole completed a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literary Studies from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Diploma in ICT Fundamentals from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, with a focus on MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and Internet Application. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications since 2020, including Customer Service Foundation from LinkedIn Learning Course Certificate, Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing from eMarketing Institute, and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Skills For Africa. Most recently, they obtained a Design Thinking for Beginners certification from SkillUp.com.pk in September 2022.
