Makayla Marvin has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Makayla currently holds the position of Head of Sales Operations at NEWHOMESMATE, where they began working in March 2022. Makayla also holds the same position at Propertymate, a platform that matches homebuyers with builders and agents, where they have been working since March 2022 as well.

Prior to their current roles, Makayla worked at REX, a full-service brokerage. Makayla'sroles at REX included Manager of Sales Development and Support from January 2021 to February 2022, Associate Manager of Sales Support from December 2019 to January 2021, Sales Development Lead from February 2019 to December 2019, Inside Sales Specialist from September 2018 to February 2019, Customer Success Specialist from April 2018 to September 2018, and Customer Success Intern from February 2018 to April 2018.

Makayla's work experience also includes being a Property Manager at Mar Rosas LLC from July 2016 to October 2020, an Administrative Intern at New Age Investments Inc from September 2017 to December 2017, a Marketing Associate at Tolmao Group from May 2017 to July 2017, a Clerical Assistant at Metro Nissan Of Redlands from June 2015 to August 2015, a Counter Clerk/Barista at K Bakery from October 2014 to May 2015, and an Administrative Assistant at Arrowhead Christian Academy from June 2014 to August 2014.

Makayla Marvin attended Pepperdine University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, focusing on General Studies.
