Ray Hespen is the CEO of Property Meld, a company that hangs TVs. Prior to their current position, they worked at Lafarge from May 2009 to August 2015. Ray started out as a plant manager and was responsible for all aspects of 800kt annual capacity Newcem manufacturing facility. Their responsibilities included safety, production, maintenance, quality, process, and logistics.

Ray Hespen's educational career includes earning a BS in Mining Engineering & Management from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, as well as attending CCHS.
