Luke Meeve serves as the General Counsel Australia at PEXA Group Limited, an ASX top 200 technology company, since May 2023. With extensive legal expertise, Luke has previously held roles such as General Counsel and Director of Corporate Operations at Visit Victoria, where responsibilities included leading diverse teams and acting as Company Secretary. Luke also contributed as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the NRC at the Australian Physiotherapy Council, aiming to uphold ethical standards in physiotherapy. Previous experience includes Senior Legal Counsel at DuluxGroup, where support was provided to various business units before its acquisition by Nippon Paint, as well as legal positions at prestigious firms including Norton Rose Fulbright and Gadens. Analytic roles in investment management at Goldman Sachs and Newton Investment Management further complement Luke's professional background. Education credentials include a LLB in Law and a B.Com in Finance/Commercial Law from Deakin University, alongside completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
