Rich Wynn is an experienced professional in the Proptech and Fintech sectors, having worked in the industry for 15 years. Rich began their career in 2010 as a Corporate Mortgage Adviser at Barclays. In 2015, they moved to Mortgagekey as a Senior Mortgage Advisor. In 2016, they founded WynnJones Limited and MortgageCube, where they served as Director. Rich also founded HOOCHT. online mortgage broker, where they were Managing Director. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager at The New Homes Group. In 2022, they began working as Head of Operations at Property Deals Insight - Find and Analyse any Property in Seconds and Business development sales and conveyancing at Inventory Base. In 2023, they began working as a Mentor for REACH UK. Rich Wynn is currently the Managing Director of WaaS Group - Rich Wynn Consultancy.

Rich Wynn obtained a Bachelor's degree in Politics & international relations from the University of Leicester between 2004 and 2007. Additionally, they obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2021.
