Monique Young has a comprehensive work history in property management and office administration. Monique began their career as an Office Manager/Accounting Administrator at RNHS Chartered Accountant from 1995 to 1998. Following this, they worked as a Property Management Administrator at Redex in 2005. Monique then joined Hot Group Property Management in 2006 as a Property Management Finance and Office Manager until 2009. Monique continued their tenure with Hot Group as a Property Management Finance and Operations Manager from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Monique joined Property Brokers Ltd as a Property Management Financial Administrator until 2014, when they became the Property Management Finance Team Leader. Overall, Monique has displayed their expertise and dedication in property management and administrative roles throughout their career.

Monique Young attended the Southern Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a NZ Diploma in Business with a focus on Accounting and Business. Additionally, they also pursued a NZ Diploma in Management with a specialization in HR and Management.
