Phillip Spevok began their work experience in 2018 as a Sales Associate at Multimedia Sales & Marketing. Later that year, they worked as a National Account Executive at International Sports Management, Inc. In 2019, they joined Guaranteed Rate as a Sales Assistant to the SVP of Mortgage Lending. Phillip continued in this role when Proper Rate, a Guaranteed Rate Company, was formed in 2020.

Phillip Spevok began their education at New Trier Township High School Winnetka in 2010 and completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program in 2014. Following their high school graduation, they attended Miami University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Currently, they are pursuing further education in the field of Commercial Real Estate at the Mortgage Bankers Association starting from 2020.
