Carla Vanderhoof has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as an Educator at Teaching Little Humans until December 2013. From June 2013 to February 2017, they were a Stay at Home Mother at Keeping Little Humans Alive. In September 2013, they joined Landscape Integration LLC as a User Interface Designer and worked there until March 2017. In 2018, they participated in MassChallenge and won the Gold Award. Carla'smost recent role is as a Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer at Propensity, starting in February 2017. Carla later became the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer and currently holds the position of Co-Founder and Creative Director.
Carla Vanderhoof has a diverse education history that spans through different years and fields of study. In 2002, they enrolled at Keene State College and pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General. Carla successfully completed their undergraduate studies and graduated from Keene State College in 2006.

More recently, in 2021, Carla Vanderhoof engaged in a certification program offered by MIT Sloan Executive Education. Carla focused on Digital Marketing Analytics during their time at MIT Sloan Executive Education and earned a certification in the field.
