Justin Hatchell is a Consultant at Propeller. Justin was previously the Director of Customer Care at Humanscale from April 2018 to March 2022. In this role, they partnered directly with C-Level management to enact impactful change and provide actionable solutions to help the 150-member customer support organization increase alignment with executive vision. Justin took ownership of key initiatives such as the launch of the Freshdesk platform, migrating 40 separate e-mail inboxes into a single, centralized system reducing response time from 96 hours to 44 hours. Justin also called upon their solid process improvement acumen in initiatives such as overhauling the e-commerce call center model, improving order entry time by over 48 hours and increasing service levels by 40%. Lastly, they acted as Project Manager in executing projects such as adding direct customer survey responses to each line of business, helping maintain an average of 97% positive responses versus 73% previously. Prior to their role at Humanscale, Justin was a Senior Project Manager at AT&T from October 2014 to April 2018. Before that, they were a Customer Support Supervisor at Sprint from October 2010 to October 2014.

Justin Hatchell completed their undergraduate degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Northern Colorado. Justin is currently pursuing a career in media and communications.
