Ava Pannell is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Head of Strategy at Propeller since January 2024. Previously, Ava held the positions of Marketing Director and Head of Digital Marketing at Make Agency from June 2021 to December 2023, and worked as a Global Digital Strategist at Contiki Marketing Lab, where responsibilities included overseeing paid media strategies across multiple regions. Prior roles also include Client Director and Account Director at Passion Digital Ltd. and iCrossing UK, respectively, with a focus on client growth and digital strategy implementation. Early career experiences include B2B Marketing Manager at Friday Media Group and Marketing Manager at Ellie Ellie, where Ava contributed to building the brand from the ground up. Ava holds a BSc (Hons) in Equine Sports Performance from the University of Brighton.
