Faridh Khan is a Talent Development Manager at Propel. In this role, they lead the development of soft skills training and career development activities to support talent management within the organization. Prior to this, Faridh worked as an HR Manager - Talent Development at Orion Business Innovation, where they identified and on-boarded the right people, built employee capabilities, and interacted with stakeholders to achieve HR goals. They also have experience as a Human Resources Associate - Intern at TANGOE INDIA SOFTEK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED and as a Training Assistant at Rajalakshmi Engineering College. Faridh holds an MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli and a BTech in Information Technology from Rajalakshmi Engineering College.
