Yan Karasik has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Their most recent position was as a Senior Software Engineer at Propel, starting in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Solutions Consultant at the same company from September 2019 to October 2020.

Yan served as the Director of Operations, APAC, overseeing the company's operations in the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, they worked as an Engineering Program Manager, managing ODM projects for RF and microwave communications devices.

Before entering the corporate world, Yan gained technical experience as a Technical Officer in the Israeli Air Force from April 1994 to April 2000.

Yan Karasik completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Yan attended this institution from 1989 to 1994.
