Christopher Underwood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Christopher started their career as an Intern at American Credit Acceptance, where they provided Tier 1 support for the loan origination system and managed server errors. Christopher then worked as an Associate Network Analyst at Windstream Communications before joining Sprint as a Service and Repair Technician. In this role, they successfully repaired mobile devices and ensured customer satisfaction. Christopher later joined Applied Performance Technologies as an Inventory Technician.
In 2015, Christopher joined Infor as an Associate QA Analyst, where they designed and executed test plans and cases, confirmed pass/fail status of new features, and created software defect trackers. After three years, they transitioned to Grace Hill as a Software Quality Assurance Manager. Here, they managed the QA process, supervised a team of Quality Engineers, implemented new QA processes aligned with Sprint processes, and transitioned from manual to automated testing.
Currently, Christopher is working at Propel as a QA Engineer II.
Christopher Underwood attended the University of South Carolina Upstate from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems.
