Alicia Merlino is an experienced educator and gymnastics instructor currently serving as a 3rd Grade Science Teacher at Propel Schools since August 2020. With a diverse teaching background, Alicia has worked as a Teacher at Anne Arundel County Public Schools and Leon County Schools, and as a Substitute Teacher at Shenango Elementary School. Additionally, Alicia has been a Gymnastics Teacher and Party Manager at X-Cel Gymnastics since September 2016, specializing in teaching various skill levels and supporting an adaptive gymnastics program. Prior experience includes roles as an Office Administrator at Arcadis and various positions at Envision Credit Union, demonstrating strong administrative and customer service skills. Alicia holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Teaching from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Flagler College-Tallahassee.
