Alexis Chittum is a dedicated K-8 Art Teacher currently employed at Propel Schools since August 2023, following experience as a 4th Grade Teacher at Our Mother Of Sorrows School. Previously, Alexis worked at Miss Gabi's Art is Good Studio, where inclusive art education was emphasized through hands-on adaptations and small group instruction. Alexis also served as a long-term substitute art teacher at Saint Joseph High School and gained valuable skills as a Retail Associate at Ross Stores, Inc., focusing on customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment. Early career experience includes working as a Summer Camp Counselor at Ritz Theater Company, ensuring camper safety and fostering a positive atmosphere. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art Teacher Education from Saint Vincent College, earned between 2019 and 2022.
