Chital Shah has a solid work experience in the field of company secretarial and legal management. They started their career as a Management Trainee - Company Secretary at Reliance Industries Limited in July 2010 and worked until October 2011. Then, from September 2012 to September 2015, they worked at Lotus Enpar Group as a Company Secretary, handling secretarial and compliance matters, document drafting and registrations. After that, Chital joined Sahyog Homes Limited in October 2015 and served as a Company Secretary until June 2019. Currently, they are working as a Legal Manager and Company Secretary at PropCatalyst, starting from January 2023.

Chital Shah completed their degree in CS (Corporate Secretarial / Legal / Compliance) from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2011. They then pursued a Master of Business Laws in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore, from an unknown start year to 2015. Prior to that, Chital Shah obtained a degree in B.LS., L.LB. from the University of Mumbai, from 2005 to 2010.
