Angelica Santiago has extensive experience in finance and investment, currently serving as Chargée d’affaires and Senior Investment Officer at PROPARCO since May 2017, overseeing commercial relationships with banks and financial institutions in Mexico and Central America. Previously, Angelica held significant roles at GE Capital, including Portfolio Management Leader and Workout Senior Underwriter, where responsibilities included supervising portfolio monitoring activities and managing a troubled account portfolio, respectively. Angelica's early career at Citibanamex involved risk analysis and management of a substantial corporate portfolio. An MBA in International Business was earned from the Thunderbird School of Global Management between 2004 and 2006.
