David H. has extensive experience in web architecture and management, currently serving as a Web Architect at The Propane Education & Research Council since November 2007. In this role, David H. has developed and designed complex multi-tier web applications while planning web site deployments and server updates. Previously, as a Web Manager, David H. oversaw the design, development, and implementation of over 20 websites, including an enterprise-scale content management system. Earlier positions include IM Support Specialist at NeighborWorks America, where David H. managed network administration tasks and provided customer service support, and Help Desk Analyst roles at both DOD Contractor and The Heritage Foundation, delivering technical support and assistance.
