Sandeep Shrivastava is a Training Manager at Proowrx Knowledge Centre since January 2024. Previously, Sandeep served as a Subject Matter Expert at Genpact from November 2017 to January 2024, focusing on the NAB Business Loan Verifications team, along with experience in Customer Acquisition and File Quality, and Broker Originated Loans Fulfilment. Prior experience includes a role as a Subject Matter Expert and Technical Support Executive at Teleperformance, working with Microsoft, from July 2015 to September 2017. Sandeep holds a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Amity University, Rajasthan, and a Bachelor in Computer Applications with a focus on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management from the University of Kota.
