Narasimha Prasad is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Proofpoint since June 2017. Prasad has been instrumental in the design and development of a cloud-native product deployed in AWS, utilizing technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and MSK Kafka. Prior to this role, Prasad held various engineering positions at Flexera Software, leading a team to transform an on-premise solution into a SaaS offering, and at Predictive Solutions, developing a data integration framework for cloud storage. Early career experiences include significant contributions at DBO2 and BEA Systems, focusing on safety technology and developer support for Weblogic Application Server.
