Luke Van Dervort has over 17 years of experience in technical support and presales roles. Currently serving as Team Lead for PreSales Support at Proofpoint since January 2015, Luke has been instrumental in driving technical assistance and customer engagement. Prior to this, Luke worked at Sutherland Global Services from September 2006 to January 2015 as a Support Technician, where foundational skills in customer service and technical troubleshooting were developed.
