Stacie Porter Bilger has a diverse work experience in various industries. Stacie started their professional career in 1994 as the Director of Education Policy at the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, where they played a significant role in developing and implementing initiatives such as Indiana INTERNnet and facilitating the creation of charter schools. In 2004, they joined the Indiana Venture Center as the Director of University Relations, leading teams of MBA students in completing business analysis and commercialization projects for start-up companies. From 2007, Stacie co-founded SCB Investments, LLC and served as President of Proof Digital, LLC from 2012, specializing in digital marketing and lead generation tactics. Additionally, they co-founded IndyWebExperts, LLC in 2010, which later merged with inSourceCode, focusing on social media, SEO, website development, competitive intelligence, and inbound marketing. Moreover, they served as the Chair of Hoosier Academy Indianapolis, an online charter school from 2009 to 2013.

Stacie Porter Bilger obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Public Finance from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied from 1989 to 2003.
