Víctor Flores is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior financial roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer at Pronaca since 2025, Víctor has previously held the position of CFO at JBS from 2018 to 2024. Notably, during a long tenure at GSK from 1998 to 2016, Víctor advanced through various financial management roles, culminating as Senior Financial Controller for the largest LATAM market, overseeing a P&L of £500M. This role involved improving transparency, driving profit maximization, and optimizing working capital. Other key responsibilities included financial planning, OPEX reduction, and corporate restructuring. Víctor holds an MBA from IE Business School and a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from Universidad Panamericana.
