Joelle Pollak is the Co-Founder of Promotive, a full-service automotive staffing firm. Joelle has 40 years of combined staffing and automotive aftermarket experience and is committed to providing career advancement and job satisfaction to candidates in the automotive technician field. Prior to that, they worked at Genuine Parts Company as the Director of Sales and Marketing for NAPA AutoCare, where they were responsible for increasing sales and membership through field execution and ensuring the program's benefits were valuable to members. Joelle also served as the NAPA AutoCare Program Manager, where they communicated and executed program benefits to over 17,000 independently owned NAPA AutoCare Centers. In addition, they managed the co-branding program for independent repair shops and was responsible for website and digital content management. Joelle also had previous work experience in business development at Farrow PR, as a Brand Partner at Vemma, and as a Sales Representative at ATC Systems.
Joelle Pollak attended Medaille University from 2010 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Joelle has also obtained several certifications from Dale Carnegie, including "Appeal to Buyer Motives to Close More Sales," "Building Your Power Team," "Compelling Sales Presentations," "Developing a Winning Leadership Presence," "Managing Customer Expectations," and "Transforming Customer Complaints into Opportunities."
