Anitha Arumugam has a strong background in various roles within the technology and education sectors. Anitha began their career at IBM in 2010, where they worked as an IT Security Specialist. In this role, Anitha gained experience in Identity and Access Management, ensuring the delivery of application access to users based on their roles within the organization.

After their time at IBM, Anitha joined YoungCoderz in 2019 as a Software Development Instructor. Here, they taught students various programming technologies, including JavaScript, Python, and App development.

In 2020, Anitha joined the University of Oslo (UiO) as a Test Engineer for Engage Lab, which is part of the Department of Education. Anitha played a key role in quality management for various projects developed by Team EngageLab, contributing to the delivery of digital education initiatives.

Most recently, Anitha joined Promon as an Automation Engineer in 2022, where they are currently employed.

Anitha Arumugam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a ISTQB Foundation certification from NORWEGIAN TESTING BOARD in June 2020, Learning C# certification from LinkedIn in May 2020, Learning Jira Software certification from LinkedIn in May 2020, Certified Software Tester (CSTE) certification from Besant Technologies in February 2020, and Education Approved by NOKUT certification from NOKUT in July 2019.
