Ilaria Boscolo has a background in both creative directing and development. Ilaria worked as a creative director at Promo Video Lab, a video production company, from September 2016 to the present. Prior to this, they were a developer at BussApps from 2011 to September 2016.

From 2006 to 2011, Ilaria Boscolo pursued a Master's degree in General Marketing/Management at the University of Central Florida.
