Sofia Fuentes is an experienced professional in the field of social services, currently serving as a Transitional Living House Case Manager at Promise House since August 2020. Prior to this role, Sofia worked as a Caseworker specializing in foster care at Samaritas from June 2016 to August 2020. Additional experience includes serving as a Youth Development Specialist and Materials Management Support Staff at Lansing Community College from March 2013 to May 2016, and as a Classroom Assistant at the Early Learning Children's Community from May 2012 to March 2013. Sofia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Family and Community Services from Siena Heights University, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Community and Human Services from Lansing Community College, completed in 2012.
