Lisa Kilawee has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Lisa is currently the Vice President of Strategy & Development and the School-based Health Center Administrator at Promise Healthcare, Frances Nelson, and SmileHealthy since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Community Engagement & Fund Development at Family Health - La Clinica from July 2019 to January 2022.

Previously, Lisa served as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Caravan Health from October 2016 to July 2019, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships and creating new opportunities to support the company's growth strategy. Lisa also worked as the President of the National Rural Health Association in 2016.

Before that, Lisa worked as a Provider Employment Consultant at Ministry Health Care from December 2014 to August 2016, providing physician recruitment and retention services.
