Cerena Keotahlian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and client relations. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Prominent Escrow Services, Inc. since June 2016, Cerena drove product sales to over 95% within the first year and received the 2018-2019 Silver Sales Award for exceeding escrow sales over $500,000. Concurrently, Cerena has worked as a Realtor/Buyers Specialist at The Plaza Group since September 2013, focusing on marketing and sales strategies. Previous roles include Vacation Counselor at Diamond Resorts International, where Cerena consistently ranked in the Top 10 for sales performance, and positions at BGR & Associates and Union Bank, contributing to patient care and customer service excellence.
