Rob Bastiaanse is an experienced software architect and technical lead with a strong background in software design and development, spanning over two decades. Currently serving at Kulicke & Soffa Netherlands since February 2009, Rob has held roles as a Senior Software Designer and transitioned to a leadership position. Previous experience includes significant contributions at PROMEXX Technical Automation B.V., HBK - Hottinger Brüel & Kjær, and Besi Netherlands B.V., showcasing expertise in EtherCAT and senior software engineering. Rob began their career at ICT Embedded and Philips Healthcare, further solidifying a robust foundation in the field. Educationally, Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, completed in 1998.
