Jeremy Yu is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in infrastructure engineering and support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer at Prometheus Real Estate Group since June 2022, Jeremy has developed expertise in managing and troubleshooting private cloud environments using VMware. Previously, from September 2004 to May 2022, Jeremy held various positions at Cisco Systems, including Information Technology Support Engineer and Senior Support Engineer at IronPort Systems, where responsibilities included deploying and managing Cisco networking equipment, overseeing Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange accounts, and supporting mobile server environments. Earlier experience also includes a Support Engineer role at Allegis, focusing on Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange management.
