Nicolas Montes is an experienced operations manager with a robust background in logistics and project coordination. Currently serving as Subgerente de operaciones and Jefe de operaciones y Logistica at Promedon since January 2016, Nicolas oversees multiple operational areas and a team of over 30 personnel, while also handling financial control and procedural design. Prior experience includes serving as Coordinador de proyectos and Control de gestion at Grupo EULEN, where responsibilities included operational and financial management for maintenance services and auxiliary services projects. Earlier roles featured a position as a collaborator at TejeRedes, focusing on community management and collaborative project design, as well as technical support at POCH S.A. Nicolas holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, obtained in 2009.
