Luis Barriga Toala

Luis Barriga Toala has extensive experience in production supervision within the food industry, currently serving as Jefe de producción at PROMARISCO S.A. (GRUPO PESCANOVA) since March 2012, overseeing the execution of production tasks from receipt to freezing and value addition. Prior to this role, Luis held a position as Supervisor de producción at COFINA S.A. Chocolates Finos Nacionales where responsibilities included ensuring production compliance and quality standards, as well as identifying product aromas and flavors. Luis also supervised ice cream manufacturing operations at Heladosa from September 2010 to December 2011, focusing on quality adherence and product management. Luis is pursuing a Magister en Administración de empresas at Universidad ECOTEC, following a degree in Engineering specializing in Food from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
