Rocío del Valle Fernández has been working in the scientific field since 2015. Rocío del Valle began as a Teaching Fellow in the Immunology Department at Facultad de Ciencias Medicas, Universidad Nacional de Rosario. Rocío del Valle then became a PhD Fellow at IDICER CONICET-UNR from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an R&D Scientist at Fragaria. Rocío del Valle is currently employed as a Scientist I at Prolynx and a Laboratory Analyst at Medigen Rosario.

Rocío del Valle Fernández completed a PhD in Biomedicine from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario in 2019, after receiving their MSc in Biotechnology from the same university in 2014.
