Claudia Tarpin, LEED AP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in construction management and project oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Prologis since February 2020, Claudia has previously held significant roles, including Facilities Project Manager for Public Storage, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing Capex projects across 80 large commercial buildings in the Greater Los Angeles area. Claudia's earlier career includes substantial project management positions at Cordoba Corporation and Kiewit, where Claudia managed multi-billion dollar programs, including the PSEP SoCalGas and the Metro Purple Line Extension. With a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Claudia brings a robust educational background to the field.
