Dr. Stefan Wess is a distinguished professional in the field of information management and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Founder and Senior Vice President of Strategy at Empolis Information Management GmbH since January 2012. As a strategic leader, Dr. Wess also holds the position of CEO at PROLOGA GmbH and is the Chairman of the supervisory board at mymediset. In addition, Dr. Wess is actively involved in the Council for Technology of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate, as well as holding various executive roles in multiple organizations, including Geschäftsführer at ATURAS GmbH, and member of the Supervisory Board at greenable. Dr. Wess's extensive expertise is further showcased through participation as Aufsichtsratsmitglied at the Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) and Chairman of the Working Group Public at KI Bundesverband e.V.
