Mauricio Ventresca is an experienced instructional designer and leader in corporate learning and development, currently serving as the Founder and Lead Instructional Designer at Prolific eLearning since August 2017. In this role, Mauricio focuses on creating engaging and impactful training solutions to address workforce knowledge and skill gaps. Prior to establishing Prolific eLearning, Mauricio held significant positions at Hanmi Bank as VP and Head of Corporate Learning and Development, where responsibilities included aligning development programs with organizational goals, and at Banc of California as VP and Learning and Development Manager, where business needs were transformed into effective training programs. Mauricio also contributed to Union Bank as AVP of Talent Development and Learning, delivering advanced training initiatives. Mauricio's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Phoenix, a BSBA from the University of Buenos Aires, and certification as an Instructional Designer and Technical Instructor from Langevin Learning Services.
