Manuel Hernández Bravo began their work experience in 1993 as an Engineering Projects Supervisor at Cigarrera La Moderna, S.A. de C.V (British American Tobacco). Manuel then held positions such as Technical Superintendent and Operations Superintendent before moving on to Prolec Energy in 1998. At Prolec Energy, they worked as a Plant Leader, Production planning & control manager, Operations/Plant manager for 3 different businesses, and Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director (Member of the Board) until 2013. Manuel then joined Viakable in 2014 as a Supply Chain Director and later became the Vice President of North America Distribution Transformers at Prolec GE in 2017.
Manuel Hernández Bravo completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1992. Manuel then pursued a Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from EGADE: Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, which they completed in 1998. Manuel later attended IPADE Business School and obtained an Executive MBA in MEDEX between 2003 and 2005.
